I have been to Chako more than once. Unfortunately my last experience ruined all my positive opinions. Unfortunately the waiters are inadequate. We wanted to have a nice experience for my family who came from abroad on Thursday. We were seated at our table on time and ordered. Since the place was crowded I took pictures of what we ordered because the salmon was forgotten the previous time I came. Even after the food arrived they didn't bring water, but I asked for water when our meal was almost finished. When the food arrived I told them what was missing. The salmon and one chicken were missing. The can of coke we ordered for my mother was forgotten, we reminded them. Instead of the beer we ordered for my brother they brought Canada dry and changed it. I can never say anything to the waiters because the place was busy because they were trying their best but on top of all this we had to wait a while when we asked for the bill. I thank the waiters for doing their best but unfortunately it was not a nice experience with my family. We have nothing to say about the food, it is quite delicious but the service is not good.

I’ve been to several different locations. This one has to be my favourite. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. The food was super fresh, and portions were very reasonable so you’re not ordering food 100 times. From the greeter to the manager, who goes out of her way to make sure you had an amazing experience and asks if there’s anything they can improve on even if you say yes, it truly is a great establishment. I would definitely be coming here more often even though there’s two locations closer to me. Totally worth the drive.

Food: The all-you-can-eat menu, though slightly limited, offers all the classic Korean BBQ staples, including meat, sushi, and side dishes. The quality of the food was great, and we were able to enjoy and finish everything we ordered. However, at $40 per person, it does lean toward the pricier side. Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the meal. There’s not much more to say—they provided great service without a hitch. Ambiance: The restaurant features plenty of seating and spacious walkways, which was a refreshing change from the cramped layouts of many other spots. With its modern, clean design and high ceilings, the space felt open and inviting, adding to the overall dining experience.

Food quality was good. Servers checked us frequently and were friendly, despite served us wrong orders twice. We tried all meat and all seafood, salad, ice cream, and one kind of sushi. The sushi and the mussels were so-so, but all the others were great.

Went here for a saturday night dinner with my family and we were all disappointed with the service. The meat came fast but its almost like they forgot about everything else we ordered. We had to constantly remind them about side dishes & we just ended up not getting some of the things we ordered. We also ordered drinks and it took almost half an hour to come and we had to talk to 4 different servers about it. The servers seem preoccupied with just cleaning tables and they rarely walk around the tables to see if anyone needs help. For the price you are paying, the food was absolutely nothing special and I feel like there are way better kbbq places out there.

Love the atmosphere here. It is one of my favorite korean restaurants that provide such a unique and enjoyable eating experience. Gives time to connect with your circle all the while grilling food. Have been to chako different locations several times. The only thing I don't like is the slow service, calling several times to make sure they get the items right and on time. Sometimes you have to wait for a 5-10 minutes before the next set of food arrives. It's kind of a party pooper. Also the mandatory fee they charge at the end and then the tipping system. It makes it very expensive altogether. Nevertheless, going here once in a while is not bad.

We celebrated my son’s birthday at Chako , It was quite busy on Friday night, but the service still was really good , we brought our own cake , they put it in a nice tray and they decorated with a nice cute heart on the side of the tray, and two of the staff were singing happy birthday and brought it to the table.😂so cute All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It is really fun to make your own food always If you got kids definitely give it try. We liked the sushi too , We are beef lovers but the seafood was good too. Steamed rice was delicious too. Thank you so much all the staff We would come back

This is the most fun I’ve had going anywhere to cook my own food. For a flat price you get as much food as you need (two rounds and a possible third in-fact). We were a party of four and the portions were very sufficient. Menu has so a lot of options for meat, veggies, sauces and what not. You can also get your burner/grill changed as soon as it gets sticky. Service is great and the atmosphere feels very homely as well. There’s a 15% service charge but if you think about the good service then it’s worth it.
