Cafe Amore

A fantastic dining experience start to finish, from reservation to the end of the meal. A great menu, delicious food, and our server Terry (sp?) was fabulous. Cozy atmosphere and attentive staff. Highly recommend for date night, friends or family gatherings.

We accidentally fell upon this restaurant on our way back from Niagara Outlets and we are SO happy we did. The service and ambience were excellent. The food was absolutely delicious. Calamari was terrific and pasta dishes were large and included a side salad. Poseidon’s pasta was loaded with seafood! We haven’t left a restaurant being this impressed in a long time. Value is fantastic! We were very excited about the happy birthday dessert (not complementary). The mushroom ravioli pasta was surprisingly good, and I will be back for more! Our server was friendly but seemed to hesitate at any request; ingredients, takeout, gift cards, etc. She did not ask about the occasion or offer birthday congratulations (even though it was listed in the reservation). Happy Birthday was only on the desert because before buying a desert, I specifically asked if they did anything for birthdays.

Lonely atmosphere. Beautifully decorated. The space appeared small at first, yet not overly crowded. We were able to gather with our family in a space that was open to the restaurant yet felt private. A lot of options on the menu. Something for everyone. Food was prepared well with Pleasant presentation. Staff well-educated on the menu, and get things moving rather swiftly. Little wait time. Appreciate the extra attention to detail when it comes to a special occasion celebration. Great assortment of Cheesecake for after dinner dessert. Be aware that there's no children's menu, portions are simply made smaller. Highly advised to review the menu before booking a reservation so you're aware of the options.

Since moving back to the St Catharines area I have been once again able to visit this amazing restaurant. The food is always fresh and fantastic. Drinks on point and delicious, especially the sangria! And the desserts are next level. Sometimes I just visit with friends for dessert. Definitely one of the best places to get pasta in the city, if not the best. Great atmosphere for date nights as well. There's a reason they have been doing the same things for years! Quality!

Our server was great! The ambience here is to die for! We visited this place for the first time and are already thinking about our next visit. We loved their wood fired pizza, apps and black and blue pasta.

My wife and I haven't been back to Cafe Amore since April 17, 2019. It's always a pleasure to eat here. Our server was great, the food was impeccable, see you again in less than 5 years.

Once a year, my family goes to Cafe Amore. The food is excellent quality, the service exceptional, presentation delightful. The flavors are quite extraordinary and one of a kind. Definitely a place to celebrate all occasions for great memories.
