Cactus Club is the place that made me fall in love with Canada! From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere, the impeccable service, and, of course, the delicious food. Each dish is prepared with care, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. Whether you’re here for a casual meal or a special celebration, this restaurant never disappoints. Cactus Club truly embodies the warm, welcoming spirit of Canada, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Hosts Soraya and Isabella were absolutely fantastic. I had made a mistake when I was doing the reservations online, they seated us with no issues, and with a very pleasant attitude. Thank you ladies! Our server Samantha was absolutely amazing also. She was dressed very professionally, and she was a true gem to have serving us. A great experience!

Decided to check-out this new location and first time visit wasn’t it. Food was okay. I used to love ordering Prawn Sushi from other locations and BC - but this one wasn’t it. Ingredients inside are tiny & they forgot to put avocado inside as well. I didn’t want to complain about that on the spot as I didn’t want to ruin our date. Yam fries - came cold. Chicken tacos were great. Also the waiters or managers, (not sure who that was) bumped into our seats several times 🙂 We didn’t feel comfortable sitting there for longer so we left right after we finished eating. That said, our server was very sweet and kind (we sat inside, closest table to the windows far right, not the booth) and we came this Monday around 6-7pm.

Cactus Club delivered an outstanding dining experience! Even though the restaurant was packed, the energy was vibrant, and the service was top-notch. Our server was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and well cared for. We ordered four steaks, but two were overcooked. When we mentioned it to our server, they handled the situation with professionalism and care. They quickly brought out perfectly cooked replacements and, to our surprise, only charged us for two steaks. This unexpected gesture truly demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Cactus Club for its excellent service and dedication to ensuring a great dining experience!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I took my daughter here for lunch and the staff was really friendly and accommodating to children. Service was excellent and the food was great! I got the ravioli and chicken sliders for my daughter. Everything was delicious. We also got the lava cake for dessert! It was a bit on the pricey end but is nice for when we want to treat ourselves!

Great vibes as always like their other locations. The only critique is that it took 4 years to open which lead to higher expectations when finally dining in. It was a little underwhelming. But when it came to the service and food, it was fantastic ! Our waitress was super friendly and had many conversations with us. Highly recommend the penicillin cocktail !! The Salmon sushi was also great! :)

I had an amazing experience at Cactus Club Cafe on Sheppard-Yonge! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with modern decor and a lively yet relaxed vibe. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. The food was absolutely fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I tried the mushroom sirloin , and it was cooked to perfection. The drinks menu also had great options, and my cocktail was both refreshing and perfectly balanced. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, from the atmosphere to the service and food. This location is a gem, and I’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere and great food. Very friendly and professional service. It's a very nice place to bring friends or a date for sure. I came in the afternoon and the mood was great. I can imagine the space being even better at night. The view over the Yonge Sheppard intersection is also amazing. I wanted to get a seat with a view of the intersection and was concerned if I might be seated farther away, but it looks like they know what the people want 😄 and seems like they automatically seat people as close to the great views as possible, so you don't need to worry. Please see my notes about the parking, keep the ticket you got at the entrance!
