Brar's Grand Buffet is a new restaurant in Brampton opened more than 6 months ago.

Brar’s was purchased from the original owner with a goal to provide the highest quality products in the industry. With this purpose, Dial Pabla (the new owner in 1991) purchased a small takeaway restaurant that only served sweets and savories at the time. One change that immediately took effect under the guidance of the new owner was: no products (such as samosas), once prepared, were kept for sale the next day. Ironically, this was not a normal practice among industry competitors. Customers noticed the difference and the word spread. Brar’s started to revolutionize the Indian food business in Toronto, Canada; no more stale day-old left-overs.

We visit Brar’s Grand Buffet to have Chole Bhature for a weekend breakfast along with some sweets. Most of the sweets are priced around $20/lb and are simply delicious. 1. Chole bhature was good specially the chole sabzi. Bhature could have been less oily. Quantity of chole is less. So, we ordered extra chole for $7 which is bit pricey IMO. 2. Chana tikki was also good. 3. Aloo patty was crispy but less spicy. Kinda average. The ambience is good and the staff is helpful.

My visit to Brar’s Grand Buffet was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite the appealing presentation of the dishes, the food itself was cold, stale, and lacked any real flavor. I tried almost everything on the buffet menu, hoping to find at least one dish that stood out, but unfortunately, not a single item was worth mentioning. What made the experience even worse was the sheer inconsistency in quality. The food may look tempting in pictures, but don’t be fooled. Once you try it, you’ll regret wasting your money and time. I uploaded some pictures of the dishes, which might appear appetizing, but the reality was completely different. Overall, Brar’s Grand Buffet failed to deliver on every front. The experience was a complete waste, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. Save your time, money, and appetite by choosing a better option elsewhere.

Did not get the taste I was hoping for. Dosa 👎👎👎👎 Pav bhaji 👎👎 Chinese 👎👎👎 Lemonade 👎👎 Apple juice 👎👎 Main course 👎👎👎👎 Snacks (Dhokla, Paneer tikka, samosa, pakora, chaap) 👍🏻 Fruit mocktail 👍🏻👍🏻 Gol gappe 👍🏻👍🏻 Gajar, Moong dal halwa 👍🏻 Desserts, Indian sweets 👍🏻 The food at some counters was not warm as it should be, the overall experience is not good at all. We are not going there again, this is for sure.

Visited Brars grand Buffet on a weekday afternoon. Food is very good here. All vegetation. Most of them are North Indian dishes. They also have South Indian dishes like Dosa, Sambar etc. Drinks like lemonade, Soda, Lassi are part of buffet which is good. Food tasted very good. Naans are very soft and nice. They also have many deserts as part of buffet, like Gulab jamun, carrot Halwa, sheets etc. Would definitely recommend the buffet here. Pricing is also ok .

One of my favourite places to have a full Indian vegetarian buffet. I’ve been coming here since 2008 And I’ve loved their consistency in quality and variety. The buffet offers great variety from drinks until the dessert. From chaat to soups salad, curries to tawa, Hakka and Pav bhaji dosa, variety of naans. Even end with ice creams and sweets along with varieties of tea and coffee. It’s a complete experience for a decent price. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Pure veg ... So many varieties and delicious taste. You have to decide what to eat or let it go ... so you can enjoy other options. Starters, Chinese, Chat, Curries, Ice-creams, Desserts (specially Gajar Halwa), and finally Paan ... Drive to this place is worth it if you travel to Canada to see Niagara Falls ... Interior can be improved, but that really doesn't require given top class food and service.

I have been visiting Brar’s for nearly two decades. There were ups and downs in terms of quality but never disappointed. They have improved the quality and variety of items very significantly in the last year or so. If I have to sum up in one sentence, just come and experience!
