I live in the neighbourhood for many years and have eaten at all the local Vietnamese restos. I tried Bep recently and was impressed. I picked up grilled pork on vermicelli with a side of fried spring rolls. Everything was super fresh, portions were great, and taste was excellent. They should be busier than they are - it's a difficult location, being midway between Broadview and Logan where the street is more residential than business.

Having lived in the neighborhood for years, I've tried many pho restaurants in the area. When we want truly good pho, we usually go to the renowned Anh Vu, but today we decided to give this place a shot. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The "medium" bowl felt more like a small one, and I can’t stand stingy portions. There were only a few pieces of meat, and the broth wasn’t even filled to the top. It’s clear they’re cutting corners to save costs, just like Pho House down the street. On top of that, the server never once came by to check on us. No wonder we were the only ones in the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend this spot and definitely won’t be returning.

Randomly saw this place when driving down the street and decided to give it a shot. Pho broth is nice and beefy. The Vietnamese iced coffee is really good as well. It was strong and not too sweet. Would recommend and will come back again!

This might be my new favorite viet spot in the city next the anh dao. The broth is so flavourful and clear, with generous portion sizes. Their bettel leaf wrapped beef was cooked perfectly to a medium rare and gushing with juiciness. The lemon grass chicken was a little bit dry, but still flavourful and the rice was cooked perfectly. Spring rolls were glass-like with their crisp and very delicious fillings. And surprisingly their congee was truly divine with green onion and ginger flavour, with a heaping portion sizes and their delicious raw beef steeping in it. I've gone 3 days in a row and plan to go a few more times this week!!

We decided to check this place out and were treated to delicious food and great service. Everything was tasty, fresh, and large portion sizes. The prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back - recommend checking this place out.

Always love seeing another Vietnamese restaurant popping up! Basic layout. Waiter was wonderful and pleasant. Find food portion to be a little...unfulfilled, but good prices. Sauces seemed a bit too water-down (hoisin, sriracha and fish sauce). Extra points for offering vegetarian with every type (pho, rice, vermicelli, noodles, appetizer) and for using vegetarian broth with the veggie pho. Nothing spectacular with flavour and ingredients - basic.

Ordered take out and it was extremely disappointing, borderline inedible. They did not follow instructions, we only asked for one modification: no blood in the beef pho. The take out portions are quite small. The veggie pho was inedible, there were a couple of pieces of vegetables, no tofu. The broth was especially disappointing as it was just a veggie broth cube broken down in water. Other restaurants offer either a much better veggie broth or a chicken broth to come with their veggie pho, this place did not. The fresh rolls came poorly wrapped and ripped on the sides. The deep fried pork rolls also were poorly made and the accompanying sauce was just oil. Not recommending this place to anyone and not coming back.
